Visualize Text

If one were to look up the definition of the word "text" they would find that it is a series of symbols used to describe the physical world. Beyond the dictionary definition, text can mean different things to different individuals. For me, text is a translation of subjects and objects that I do not understand or seek to have a deeper meaning of. For instance, when an individual reads a novel, that person will picture certain characters looking different than someone else who has read the same book. So, text gives someone the means to create their own understanding of something and to visualize it as they wish. Pictures are best way to see a building or a landscape for some but for others, reading about it from text allows them to create the object from scratch with certain constraints provided by the author. In the end, someone can create their own visualization and understanding of something that is different from others but is still beneficial.
