Katie's Presentation
Katie's presentation had some good information throughout. I think that there is a lot of things that people can take away from the presentation that are more specific to the individual. For instance, I good easily relate to the portion of the presentation that talked about the positive psychological benefits from working out. First semester of this school year my roommate and I worked out 5 days a week on average. The thought of going to the gym and trying to better myself as well as the changes I was starting to see gave me a boost of confidence and in self-esteem. Others can relate more the the dangers of exercise especially if they are expirencing them, such as persistent soreness and loss of appetite. Overall it was an interesting presentation and very informative. The only suggestion I would make is that I would have liked to hear more about Katie's personal opinions on exercise and weather it would work for every one.

I agree that Katie had a very informative and well put together presentation. I really enjoyed her videos that she made of herself explaining her personal experiences and things she did along her project experiment. I think that she also had great suggestions on exercising and I think that I should defiantly try to start becoming a regular exerciser because I am currently a sporadic one for sure. I loved her PowerPoint and thought that it looked very professional and organized.
